Creamy Crab Fondue

Ingredients:

8 Ounces Cream Cheese (at room temp)
1/2 Cup Dry White Wine or chicken broth
6 Ounces Swiss Cheese
1 Teaspoon Corn
7 Ounces Crab Meat
3 Tablespoons Milk (or use about 1/2 C of powdered milk and about 1 C water)
2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce to taste
1 Teaspoon Parsley
1 Unit French Bread cubed

Directions:

1. In a saucepan over low heat, melt together cream cheese and wine, stirring constantly.

2. Toss Swiss cheese and cornstarch to coat. Drain crab flakes removing cartilage.

3. Stir crab, Swiss cheese, milk, Worcestershire sauce and parsley into wine mixture in saucepan, heat through.

4. Transfer to fondue pot. Keep warm. Spear bread cubes with fondue fork, dip into fondue swirling to coat.

5. Tested-a superb flavor well liked by seafood lovers.
