1 Package Onion
1/4 Cup Dry White Wine or chicken broth
2 Unit English Muffins split/toast
1/2 Cup Water hot
1 Can Tuna drained/flaked(6 1/2oz)
1 Unit Cheddar Cheese

1. Heat frozen vegetables, water and wine to boiling in covered 10-inch skillet.

2. Remove from heat. Stir until sauce is smooth.

3. Stir in butter and tuna. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until hot and bubbly.

4. Place muffins cut sides up on ovenproof platter.

5. Spoon tuna-vegetable mixture over muffins; sprinkle with cheese.

6. Set oven control to broil and/or 550 F. Broil muffins 5 inches from heat until cheese is melted.
