Creme Brulee

Ingredients:

4 Unit Eggs (up to 5)
3 Tablespoons Sugar confectioner'
1 Unit Salt
2 Cups Cream
1 Teaspoon Vanilla or Almond extract to
1 Unit Peach
1 Unit Fresh Strawberry or raspberries to

Directions:

1. Beat egg yolks until slightly thickened.

2. Gradually add sugar and a pinch of salt. Scald table cream and pour slowly into egg mixture, stirring.

3. Add vanilla and pour into baking dishes. Set them in a pan with 1" of water and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

4. Test with clean knife. Can be prepared a day ahead.

5. Sprinkle top with sugar and/or top with fresh sliced peaches or strawberries.
