Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon Pepper to taste
1 Tablespoon Oregano minced
2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder oregano,
1 Tablespoon Onion Powder (up to 1/4)
1 Tablespoon Cayenne Pepper or red pepper flakes
2 Tablespoons Salt pepper, and tabasco to taste
1 Tablespoon Thyme Leaves leaves, dried
2 1/2 Tablespoons Paprika (Hungarian if possible) [I use half hot, half mild]
