30 Grams Butter (5oz)
1 Onion finely chopped
1 Kilogram Veal
8 Slices White Bread
1 Unit Milk (or use about 1/2 C of powdered milk and about 1 C water)
1 Unit Bay Leaf crumbled
1 Teaspoon Oregano or other herbs
1 Tablespoon Parsley finely chopped
2 Unit Eggs chopped
3 Tablespoons Olives chopped
300 Grams Mangos peeled and chopped
1 Unit Pepper (to taste)
3 Unit Eggs tightly beaten.

1. Next time I'm confronted with a hollow turkey it gets filled up with this one.

2. This unusual combination of flavors comes from Argentina.

3. The original recipe includes fresh peaches but substituting ripe mango is an improvement.

4. Melt the butter and cook the onion gently until it is transparent.

5. Add the minced meat and cook until it changes color, breaking up lumps with a fork.

6. Take off the stove. Soak the bread in milk, squeeze out and break up.

7. Mix with the onion-meat mixture. Then add the herbs, eggs, olives, peaches, seasonings and eggs.
