1 Teaspoon Baking Powder plus 1 teaspoon
2 Eggs in shell (up to 8)
1 Teaspoon Salt (generous)
1 1/2 Cups Milk nonfat

Directions:

1. Water to right consistency Place dry ingredients in a bowl.

2. Add milk slowly and beat til smooth. Add eggs and then water til fairly runny.

3. Using very thin layer, fry crepes over moderately high heat.
