1 Pound Button Mushrooms
1 Pound Cottage Cheese Creamed
1 Unit Pepper to taste
1 Cup Flour
2 Unit Eggs up to 8
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil or Melted Oleo
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Unit Water

1. Saute Mushrooms in 2T Oleo for 2-3 Min.

2. Just until Tender. Mix With the Cottage Cheese and Season To Taste.

3. Put All Batter Ingredients in a Food Processor and Whizz until Smooth.

4. Preheat the oven To 350. Use the Crepe Batter To Make About 12 Thin Crepes.

5. Put a Little Of the Mushrooms Mixture in the Middle Of Each Crepe, Dividing It Evenly Among Them.

6. Roll the Crepes Up and Place Them Side By Side in a Shallow Casserole.

7. Pour Some Yogurt that been Whipped Over Them.

8. Cover Tightly With Foil and bake for 20-30 Min.
