3. Add the flour,baking powder,salt and ginger.Mix well.
4. Chill the mixture and roll out thin.Cut out cookies using a glass drenched in flour and arrange on a cookie sheet.
5. Bake at 375F for 10 minutes .Check cookies at 5 minutes.
