Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Beef Stock
4 Tablespoons Chili Powder up to 1 Tbs
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin Seed divided
1 Teaspoon Oregano minced
4 Pounds Ground Beef browned and
1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper or red pepper flakes
3 Tablespoons Shortening (solid)
1 1/2 Teaspoons Paprika (Hungarian if possible) [I use half hot, half mild]
2 Cloves Of Garlic crushed
2 Cups Onions chopped
3 Beef Bouillon Cubes crushed
1 Can Tomato Paste 8 oz.
1 Can Tomato 28 ozs.
4 Cans Kidney Beans 1 lb cans

1. Heat shortening in skillet and brown beef, discard fat, Combine all ingredients in removable liner, stirring well.
