Ingredients:

8 Ounces Tomato Sauce 8 ozs
1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano thyme, and black pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder oregano,
1 Teaspoon Dried Basil (optional)
1 Cup Green Bell Pepper chopped
1/2 Cup Carrot chopped
1/4 Cup Millet uncooked
1/3 Cup Brown Rice uncooked
1/4 Cup Barley uncooked
16 Ounces Canned Corn drained
1 Onion chopped
16 Ounces Kidney Beans cooked
16 Ounces Tomatoes canned (reserve liquid)

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a crockpot, putting grains in last.

2. Add water to reserved tomato liquid to equal 2 1/2 cups.

3. Stir into crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
