Crockpot Swedish Style Steak

Ingredients:

2 1/2 Pounds Steak
1 Unit Bouillon Cube crumbled
3/4 Cup Water hot
1 Unit Pepper (to taste)
1/4 Cup Flour (00 type)
1 Teaspoon Dill more or less
1 Unit Onion
1 Cup Sour Cream or milk

Directions:

1. Cut steak into serving-size pieces.

2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in a crock-pot.

3. Add dill, onion, bouillon cube and 1/2 cup water.

4. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Remove meat.

5. Thicken juices with flour dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water.

6. Turn control to high; cook 10 minutes or until slightly thickened.

7. Stir in sour cream. Turn off the heat. Serve sauce over meat, with mashed potatoes or noodles.
