Ingredients:

1 Cup Oats
1 Cup Coconut flaked
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla 1/4 tsp if Watkins
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar up to 3 T
125 Grams Butter (Melted)

Directions:

1. Put all ingredients into a bowl, mix well then spread into a greased 20x30cm tin.

2. Bake in slow oven 160 C, or 325 F, for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

3. Mark into pieces while hot but leave in tin until cold.
