2 Unit Apples cored and cubed
1 Cup Celery chopped
1/2 Cup Raisin ;
1/2 Cup Walnut coarsely chopped
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice (either a shots-worth or a tablespoon would do)
1 Teaspoon Salt approximately
1/4 Teaspoon Curry Powder to taste
1 Unit Lettuce cleaned

1. Combine apple, celery, raisins, and walnuts; toss lightly to mix.

2. combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and curry powder, mixing well.
