This is a simple recipe of chicken and which can be be prepared very easily.This dish is so simple because it does not contains too much ingredients.

Ingredients:

1 Tomato cut into 1/2" wedges
1 Green Bell Pepper sliced
1 Onion sliced, separate into rings
3/4 Pound Boneless Chicken Breast skinless chicken, cut into 1" pieces
3 Cups Rice Hot Cooked
1 Teaspoon Curry Powder
1 Cup Salt to taste
1/2 Cup Raisin
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch

Directions:

1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.

2. Add chicken, onion and bell pepper. Cook and stir 4-6 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are crisp-tender.

3. In small bowl, combine broth, cornstarch and curry powder.

4. Stir into mixture in skillet. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.

5. Add tomato and raisins. Cook until thoroughly heated.
