1 Pinch Salt 1 t.
1/4 Cup Curry Powder or garam masala
1 Cup Canola Oil or pure olive oil

Directions:

1. Make a paste with the curry powder, water and a pinch of salt.

2. Slowly add the oil. Let stand for 1 hour to settle.

3. Use the top portion of yellow oil for garnish.
