Ingredients:

2 Cups Turkey
1 1/2 Teaspoons Curry Powder to taste
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce ;
4 Unit Green Onions chopped
4 Unit Stalks Of Celery chopped thin
1 Pound Pea Pod snipped
1 Unit Sweet Red Pepper sliced
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch dissolved in
1 1/2 Cups Water Heated To 105F

Directions:

1. Heat a nonstick wok or skillet.

2. Add the turkey, curry powder, soy sauce, and onions.

3. Saute until the turkey is heated, about 2 minutes.

4. Add the celery, pea pods and pepper. Stir-fry another 3 to 4 minutes.

5. Add the cornstarch that has been dissolved in the water.
