Ingredients:

1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1 3/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
3/4 Cup Butter softened
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Cup Milk
1/4 Teaspoon Salt coarse
2 Eggs beaten
3 Ounces Unsweetened Chocolate melted

Directions:

1. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Stir in chocolate.

2. Beat in eggs, one at a time, and vanilla.

3. Combine flour, baking powder and slat; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.

4. Spread batter in greased, floured 10-inch tube or bundt pan;

5. bake in 350 F oven for 50 minute or until cake tester inserted into centre comes out clean.

6. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes; remove to rack to let cool.
