Directions:
1. Combine nuts, dates, rind and vanilla.
Mix in sugar.
2. Beat egg whites until
stiff and fold into nut mixture.
Sprinkle a little sugar on a cookie sheet
and drop cookies by teaspoonful onto the sheet.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 10
minutes.
Cool.
