1. In large bowl, stir together flour, Parmesan cheese, 1/3 cup of the red pepper, green onion, baking powder, oregano, sugar, salt and pepper.
2. Whisk together milk, oil and egg. Pour over dry ingredients; stir just until moistened.
3. Pour batter into lightly greased 9 inch round cake pan.
4. Arrange pepperoni over top; sprinkle with remaining red pepper and mozzarella cheese.
5. Bake in 350 F oven for about 35 minutes or until tester inserted in center comes out clean.
