Ingredients:

1 Cup Sugar confectioner'
4 Tablespoons Cornstarch dissolved in
2 Unit Eggs lightly beaten
1/2 Cup Butter or oleo, melted
3 Tablespoons Bourbon or 1 ts vanilla
1 Package Chocolate Chips
1 Unit Pastry Shell
1 Unit Whipped Cream sweetened
1 Cup Pecan

Directions:

1. Combine sugar and cornstarch; beat in eggs; mix in butter, bourbon, chocolate chips and pecans.

2. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until puffy and lightly browned.

3. Cool completely. Serve with whipped cream made by beating 1/2 cup heavy cream with 1 tablespoons powdered sugar in a small bowl to soft peaks.

4. Add 1 teaspoon bourbon or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and beat to stiff peaks.
