1 1/2 Cups Graham Crackers ; crushed
1/4 Cup Butter (5oz)
15 Ounces Ricotta Cheese drained
8 Ounces Cream Cheese (yogurt cheese would be just fine) 2 tsp. horseradish
4 Eggs
1/2 Cup Sugar confectioner'
1/3 Cup Amaretto
1/4 Teaspoon Salt approximately

1. Combine crumbs and butter; press over bottom and sides of greased 9 inch spring-form pan.

2. Chill. Preheat oven to 325F Beat together ricotta and cream cheese until smooth.

3. Add remaining ingredients; beat until smooth.

4. Pour mixture into pan. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes of until firm in middle.

5. Cool 20-30 minutes in pan before removing. Cool completely before serving.
