Dijon Pork Chops

Ingredients:
4 Unit Boneless Pork Chops
1/2 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs seasoned
3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard to taste
3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice (either a shots-worth or a tablespoon would do)
2. Trim all visible fat from pork chops. Spray a 13x9x2-inch pan with cooking spray.
3. Place bread crumbs in shallow dish. In another swallow dish, combine mustard and lemon juice; blend well.
4. Dip both sides of each pork chop in mustard mixture, then in bread crumbs to coat.
5. Place chops in pan. Bake 30 to 40 minutes until pork is no longer pink, turning halfway through baking.
