Ingredients:

3 Cups Beef cooked, cubed
3/4 Cup Pepper green chopped
5 Olives stuffed sliced
10 Unit Onions pickled chopped
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper bell
1/2 Teaspoon Salt approximately
1/4 Teaspoon Mustard dry
1 Teaspoon Dill dried or
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise reduced calorie
1/4 Cup Beer Any Brand, To Cover
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice (either a shots-worth or a tablespoon would do)
1 Unit Onion pickled
1 Unit Olives stuffed

Directions:

1. Combine beef, green pepper, sliced olives, and chopped pickled onion; chill.

2. Combine pepper, salt, mustard, dill weed, mayonnaise, beer, and lemon juice; mix well and add to meat mixture.

3. Toss lightly. Chill at least 1 hour. Garnish with pickled onions and olives.
