Ingredients:

1 Pound Spinach Frozen, thawed & squeezed
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil (6 to 8)
4 Cloves Of Garlic minced
1 Leek washed and diced

Directions:

1. Wash spinach thoroughly.

2. Shake off excess water, but do not dry. In a non-aluminum pot, over medium heat, add oil, garlic and leek.

3. Stir until leeks and garlic become translucent.

4. Add spinach and cover pot. Cook for 5 minutes, or until spinach has completely wilted.
