Don and Charle's American Rib and Chop House Cole

Ingredients:

2 Unit Cabbage
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise reduced calorie
4 Cups Marshmallows
12 Ounces Pineapples crushed
1/2 Pint Heavy Whipping Cream whipped, optional

Directions:

1. Clean, core and slice cabbage very fine.

2. Add mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. Add mini marshmallows.

3. Strain pineapple and add to mixture. Whip cream until peaks form and add.

4. Toss mixture well and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.

5. Note: Peeling adds a small amount of sugar to sweeten.
