Ingredients:

3/4 Cup Sugar confectioner'
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar packed
1 Cup Butter softened
2 Unit Eggs up to 8
1 Teaspoon Vanilla or Almond extract to
2 1/4 Cups Flour (00 type)
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda level - dissol ved in milk
1/2 Teaspoon Salt approximately
1 Cup Macadamia Nut chopped (optional)
12 Ounces Chocolate Chips 12 oz bg
1 Cup Vanilla -=OR=-
1 Cup White Chocolate coarse chop

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 375~.

2. In large mixer bowl, combine sugars, butter, eggs and vanilla.

3. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed, about 2 minutes.

4. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Continue beating, scraping often, until well mixed, 1-2 minutes.

5. By hand, stir in nuts, chocolate chips and vanilla chips.

6. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2" apart, onto greased cookie sheets.

7. Bake for 9-12 minutes, or until lightly browned.

8. Cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheets.
