Double Chocolate Chess Pie Grandmother's Recipe

1/8 Teaspoon Salt pinch
2 Ounces Unsweetened Chocolate shaved
1/4 Cup Creme De Cacao
1 Cup Sugar (for decoration)
1/2 Cup Butter or margarine Softened
1 1/2 Teaspoons Extract Of Vanilla or almond extract
2 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour up to 3
1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips melted and cooled
3 Eggs slightly beaten
1 Pie Crust baked

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

2. In a medium saucepan over low heat melt butter and chocolate.

3. Remove from heat. Blend in sugar, eggs, liqueur, flour, vanilla and salt.

4. Beat until smooth. Pour into the pie shell.

5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until set. Cool on a wire rack for at least 30 minutes.

6. While still hot, spread the chocolate morsels on top.
