Ingredients:

2 Pounds Ground Beef very lean
1/4 Cup Onion
2 Unit Eggs
2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce to taste
1 Teaspoon Salt approximately
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper bell
1 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise reduced calorie
4 Teaspoons Dill Pickles
4 Teaspoons Prepared Mustard
1 Unit Lettuce
6 Unit Onions
6 Unit Hamburger Buns
6 Unit Tomatoes

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients; mix well.

2. Shape into 12 thin patties. Broil 4 inches from the heat for 7-8 minutes on each side or until no longer pink.

3. In a small bowl, combine cheese, mayonnaise, mustard and relish; mix well.

4. Spoon 2 tablespoons on each burger. Return to the broiler just until cheese softens.

5. Place lettuce and onion on bottom of buns; top each with two burgers, tomato and top of bun.
