Double Fudge Brownies

Ingredients:

1 Cup Flour (sifted----yikes)
2 Cups Sugar confectioner'
1 Unit Salt
1 Cup Butter (5oz)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla or Almond extract to
3 Unit Eggs up to 8
3 Tablespoons Sour Cream or plain yogurt
1 Unit Chocolate Chips
3 Unit Unsweetened Chocolate

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Mix flour, sugar and salt together; set aside.

3. Melt butter with unsweetened chocolate. Add to flour mixture and stir.

4. Beat eggs until foamy. Stir eggs, vanilla, sour cream and chocolate chips into batter.

5. Pour into oiled 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes.

6. Time carefully as toothpick test is unreliable.

7. Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares. ENJOY!! Makes 48 brownies.
