1/4 Cup Milk (or 1/2 and 1/2 or ev
1 Unit Milk
1 Teaspoon Extract Of Vanilla to taste
1 Pound Confectionery Sugar (3 1/2 cups
1 Cup Peanuts dry roasted

Directions:

1. Microwave chocolate, butter, and milk in a 2qt.

2. microwave-safe bowl for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes at MED-HIGH (70%) , until butter looks melted.

3. Stir until smooth and choc. is melted. Stir in vanilla; beat in sugar gradually until mixture is smooth and creamy, but not crumbly.

4. Sir in nuts. Pour into a buttered 8 inch square pan.
