1 Teaspoon Pepper to taste
1 Cup Vinegar white
1 Teaspoon Salt pinch
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar up to 3 T
1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper opt'l
1/2 Cup Water (optional)
