Ingredients:

1 Cup Sugar (for decoration)

1 1/2 Quarts Heavy Whipping Cream or Half-& amp;-Half

6 Eggs separated

Directions:

1. Beat cream thick, and combine with sugar and egg yolks which have been beaten together.

2. Then add 1 1/4 tumblers brandy (to taste) and stiffly beaten egg whites.

3. It may require more sugar according to taste.

4. Keep cool until served. Sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired.
