Ingredients:

1 Pound Sugar (10x)
1 Pound Sugar (10x)
2 Tablespoons Water Heated To 105F
1 Tablespoon Light Corn Syrup (Karo)
1 Tablespoon Butter softened
1 Teaspoon Vanilla or Almond extract to
1/4 Teaspoon Salt approximately
1/4 Teaspoon Almond Extract (any extrarct will do )
1 Pinch Cream Of Tartar add
1 1/3 Cups Coconut toasted if desired
8 Unit Chocolate

Directions:

1. Combine sugar, water, corn syrup, butter and vanilla.

2. Add the salt, almond extract and cream of tartar.

3. This mixture will be crumbly. Add the coconut.

4. Shape into eggs (whatever size you want). Melt the chocolate in a double boiler over low heat.
