Easy Apples and Noodles

This is a recipe that just requires simple to get ingredient. Apples and noodles is indeed a special combination as its the first time I know about a recipe that mix fruits with cup noodles.


4 Tablespoons Butter or margarine
4 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 Dash Cinnamon Ground
2 Apples peeled and sliced
2 Cups Noodles cooked and drained

1. Preheat oven to 350 deg F.

2. Place half of the noodles and apples in a buttered baking dish.

3. Sprinkle with half the brown sugar and a dash of cinnamon.

4. Dot with half the butter. Repeat. Cover and bake 30 minutes.

5. Stir well before serving (or, leave uncovered toward the end of baking to give the top a nice crunchy texture.
