Easy Baked Ziti

Ingredients:

1 Pound Ground Beef very lean
1 Can Tomato Paste italian
2 Cups Ricotta Cheese part skim milk
1 Pound Ziti amp
2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
1 Package Spaghetti Sauce 1 envelope
16 Ounces Tomato Sauce can
2 Unit Cloves Of Garlic crushed
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese gratd

Directions:

1. Brown beef; drain.

2. Add tomato sauce, paste, spaghetti sauce mix, and garlic.

3. Simmer about 15 minutes. Pour over cooked pasta.

4. Add ricotta and stir to mix well. Grease a large casserole dish.

5. Pour half the pasta mixture into bottom. Top with 1 c mozzarella.

6. Pour in remaining pasta. Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
