Ingredients:

6 Slices Pound Cake
2 Tablespoons Almond Extract or up to 3/4 teaspoon
1 Can Cherry Pie Filling (20 oz)

Directions:

1. Pour pie filling into a 10x6x2 inch baking dish.

2. Add almond extract. Heat 5 minutes in a 375 degree oven.

3. Remove from oven. Brush slices of pound cake with butter.

4. Place cake on cherries and bake 10 to 12 minutes at the same temperature.
