This is such a simple and delicious recipe. Everyone will love it and using the crockpot will let you focus on the other dishes you're making!

Ingredients:

2 lbs Potatoes (about 6 medium)
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
3 Butter
1 Onion , small thinly sliced (optional)
10 oz Cream Of Mushroom Soup can
3/4 cup Milk
1/4 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
4 American Cheese

Directions:

1. Peel and thinly slice potatoes.

2. Put sliced potatoes in greased crock-pot. Top with onion slices.

3. Mix flour and milk together along with undiluted soup and butter, salt and pepper then pour over potatoes.

4. Add the cheese slices during the last 30 minutes of cooking.

5. Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 9 hours (HIGH: 3 to 4 hours).

This was yummy! My girls liked it and I was able to substitute a homemade white sauce for the cream soup. Nice to see a crock pot version since my stove is broken!
