These are easy to whip up any time you,re in the mood for some tasty peanut butter cookies. A little help from some pantry staples lets you make these cookies in record time!


14 Ounces Condensed Milk For Topping
1 Unit Egg separated
2 Cups Baking Mix
3/4 Unit Peanut Butter
1 Teaspoon Extract Of Vanilla to taste
1 Unit Sugar (5.5 oz)

1. Preheat oven to 350 F In large mixer bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, egg, and vanilla until smooth.

2. Add biscuit mix; mix well. Chill at least 1 hour.

3. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in sugar. This is a test: Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.

4. Flatten with fork. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or till lightly browned (do not overbake!).

5. Cool. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
