Easy Popcorn Balls

This simple dish will go very well for a child,s birthday party as many children love popcorn. Also goes well while watching a football match or any matches on TV.

Ingredients:

1 Unit Cooking Spray
3 Quarts Popcorn
1 Cup Light Corn Syrup
1 Cup Sugar confectioner'
1/2 Teaspoon Salt approximately
1 Teaspoon Vanilla or Almond extract to

Directions:

1. Spray large roasting pan with cooking spray.

2. Add popped corn; keep warm in 250 degree F oven.

3. In heavy 2-quart saucepan, combine corn syrup, sugar and salt.

4. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil.

5. Cook without stirring 10 minutes or until temperature reaches 290 degrees F on candy thermometer.

6. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Slowly pour over popcorn, stirring to coat evenly.

7. Cool popcorn, stirring, just until mixture can be handled.

8. Immediately spray hands with cooking spray. Quickly shape popcorn into 3-inch balls.
