Easy Sweet and Sour Carrots

Ingredients:

2 Pounds Carrots sliced
1 Green Bell Pepper diced
1 Onion diced
1 Can Tomato Soup condensed
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil for greasing
1 Cup Sugar (optional)
3/4 Cup Vinegar white, wine
1 Teaspoon Prepared Mustard
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce recommended (1-2)

Directions:

1. Cook carrots until crispy tender.

2. Drain off water. Toss with pepper and onion and set aside.

3. In saucepan, combine tomato soup, oil, sugar, vinegar, mustard and Worcestershire.

4. Heat until boiling. Pour over carrots, pepper and onion and stir.
