Easy Turkey Noodle Casserole

This is a great post Thanksgiving recipe and is a good way to use you're leftover turkey. It is easy to make and can be enjoyed by the whole family.

Ingredients:

1 Can Cream Of Celery Soup
1/2 Cup Milk (or use about 1/2 C of powdered milk and about 1 C water)
2 Cups Egg Noodles
1 Cup Peas
2 Tablespoons Sweet Red Peppers
1 1/2 Cups Turkey cooked &
1 Tablespoon Butter or margarine
2 Tablespoons Dry Bread Crumbs seasoned

Directions:

1. In a 1 1/2 qt casserole, combine soup and milk.

2. Stir in the noodles, peas, red pepper and turkey.

3. Bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes or until hot; stir.

4. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, stir bread crumbs in hot butter until lightly browned.

5. Top casserole with the crumbs, then bake 5 minutes more.
