Easy Warm Beef and Potato Skillet

This is a very easy, fast recipe when you're in a hurry but want a warm meal on the table.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lb Ground Beef
1 dash Potato of simply shredded
2 Gravy
2 teaspoons Salt
4 tablespoons Vegetable Oil

Directions:

Brown beef in skillet and set aside. Use the same skillet and add the oil and heat at medium-high until hot. Season with salt. Carefully add the entire bag of potatoes. Spread out and cook according to package instructions. You will want to add more oil before you turn the potatoes over. When brown, add beef back to skillet with potatoes and warm. Salt to taste. While potatoes are cooking, cook the gravy according to package instructions. Poor gravy over individual servings of potato/beef mixture. Enjoy!
