My friend was asking me for my favorite egg salad recipe. Here it is.

Ingredients:

4 Eggs hard-cooked, chopped
1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard
1 tablespoon Green Olives chopped
1 tablespoon Onion finely chopped (optional)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1/4 cup Mayonnaise

Directions:

1. Mix together the first 5 ingredients.

2. Gradually add the mayonnaise until salad has the amount of moisture for your taste.

3. Taste for flavor. Serve as is or in sandwiches.
