Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa
1/2 Teaspoon Salt coarse
1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
2 Teaspoons Extract Of Vanilla
3 Cups Flour
1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Teaspoons Confectionery Sugar
2 Cups Water
1 1/2 Cups Sugar

Directions:

1. Combing 1st 4 ingredients in a large bowl.

2. Separately combine flour and next 4 ingredients, stir well.

3. Add flour mixture to water mixture. Beat at low speed on an electric mixer until well blended.

4. Beat an additional 1 min at high speed. Pour batter into a 13X9X2" pan coated with cooking spray.

5. bake at 350F for 35min or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.

6. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Sprinkle powdered sugar over top of cake.
