Enchilada Bake

Ingredients:

3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil for stir frying
3 Tablespoons Flour plus extra flour for dredging
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder oregano,
1 Pound Ground Beef browned and
12 Tortillas flour
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper black, cracked
1 Teaspoon Salt pepper, and tabasco to taste
4 Teaspoons Chili Powder (optional)
1/2 Cup Onion chopped
1 Pound Cheddar Cheese shredded

Directions:

1. Brown flour and chili powder in oil in skillet.

2. Stir in 2 cups water gradually. Simmer for 1/2 hour.

3. Brown ground beef with onion in separate skillet until crumbly.

4. Add seasonings. Dip tortillas in chili powder mixture with tongs until softened.

5. Fill center of tortilla with ground beef mixture.

6. Sprinkle with cheese. Roll to enclose mixture.

7. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.

8. Pour chili powder mixture over enchiladas. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
