2 Tablespoons Vinegar white
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Egg Yolks slightly beaten (use clean, uncracked eggs)
120 Grams Flour plus extra flour for dredging
1/4 Cup Water up to 3

Directions:

1. Mix Dry ingredients then water then Vinegar and last the beaten egg make a smooth batter.

2. Dip the fish into a little extra flour then into the batter.
