Seasoned chicken or beef, sauteed with bell peppers and onions, wrapped in flour torillas with your choice of garnishment.

Ingredients:

1 lb Chicken Breast or beef sliced into bite sized strips
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 dash Taco Seasoning or fajita seasoning
1 tablespoon Water
2 Bell Peppers (any color)
1 Onion medium sliced
12 Flour Tortillas (fajita style)
6 oz Sour Cream (optional)
6 oz Guacamole (optional)
2 cups Mexican Cheddar Cheese

Directions:

1. Preheat oil in skillet on med-hi setting

2. Cook thawed meat complete. Drain if needed

3. Add fajita seasoning according to packet instructions

4. Add water, peppers, and onions. Saute till onions and peppers are soft.

5. Take skillet off burner and add fajita filling on tortillas with as many extras as you'd like.
