Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons Flour 2 Tablespoons Flour (00 type)
1/4 Cup Skim Milk 1/4 Cup Skim milk chilled
1 Cup Chicken Broth 1 Cup Fat-free chicken broth was 2 cans
1/2 Teaspoon Onion 1/2 Teaspoon Dried minced onion
1 Unit Pepper 1 Unit Or fat-free drippings salt/pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Add flour to skim milk; beat or stir until smooth.

2. Place broth or drippings and onion in saucepan; heat to boiling.

3. Add flour-milk mixture to broth very slowly, stirring constantly; season to taste.

4. Reduce heat; cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

5. Yield: 1 cup Each serving: 2 tablespoons Free Food (up to 2 servings per day).
