Fiesta Meatloaf

Ingredients:

1/2 Teaspoon Salt pinch
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce to taste
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil or bacon grease
1 Cup Bread Crumbs dried
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper black, cracked
1/2 Cup Onion chopped
1/2 Cup Celery chopped
1/4 Cup Green Bell Pepper chopped
1 Can Chili Sauce heinz 12 oz
1 1/2 Pounds Ground Beef very lean

Directions:

1. Saute onion and celery and green pepper in oil until vegetables are just soft.

2. remove from heat. stir into chili sauce, combine 1/2 vegetable sauce mix with ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

3. shape into a loaf on a shallow oven proof dish.

4. bake 350 1 hour. let stand 5 minutes. heat remaining sauce.

5. slice meat loaf, pour remaining sauce over slices.
