Ingredients:

1 Cup Sugar (for decoration)
1 Teaspoon Extract Of Vanilla or almond extract
1 1/2 Cups Skim Milk or as needed
1 Can Condensed Milk sweetened, nonfat

Directions:

1. In heavy saucepan, melt sugar over high heat, stirring constantly until completely dissolved and caramelized.

2. Pour into ungreased 9" round cake or flan pan and set aside.

3. Combine remaining ingredients, mix well and pour over caramelized sugar.

4. Cover pan with aluminum foil and set inside larger baking dish.

5. Pour hot water around inner pan to depth of 1".

6. Bake at 350F for 50 - 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes clean.

7. Remove from pan and chill thoroughly (4 - 6 hours).

8. To serve: Run knife around edges of pan to loosen, invert onto serving platter and cut into wedges.
